Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen operational disruptions) after full payment confirmation. Our team carefully verifies each order to ensure product quality, accuracy of item selection, and proper packaging before dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, confirming that we have received your request and are preparing to process it.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or there is a delay in processing due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inventory adjustments, quality inspections, or operational issues), we will notify you via the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of order placement, with an estimated processing time and alternative options if applicable.
Shipping and Delivery Process
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. This email will include a unique tracking number, which allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time through our website or the designated carrier’s platform.
We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders to most countries and regions worldwide. The delivery process includes handling by our warehouse team, handover to the carrier, and final delivery to your specified shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete, accurate, and includes all necessary details (such as apartment numbers, street names, and postal codes) to avoid delivery delays or failures.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time varies by destination and carrier service, and typically ranges from 7–15 business days for most international locations. Delivery to remote areas or regions with limited transportation access may take slightly longer, usually an additional 3–5 business days.

Delivery Delays and Exceptions
AMBRZR shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs procedures, weather conditions (such as storms, snow, or extreme temperatures), natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, or hurricanes), labor disputes, carrier service interruptions, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number, and we will assist you in investigating the status of your delivery and resolving any issues promptly.
Order Tracking
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Simply visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website, enter your tracking number, and you will be able to view the latest status of your delivery, including departure from our warehouse, arrival at local distribution centers, and out for delivery.
If you encounter any issues with tracking your order (such as an invalid tracking number or no update for an extended period), please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the address for you. If the order has already been dispatched, we will work with the carrier to assist with address changes, but this is subject to the carrier’s policies and may not be possible.
